Libraries Connected is the national body that supports public libraries across the UK; through your local library you can access a range of free services including book borrowing, free internet and computer use, community events, reading groups and local information. Anyone can join their local public library (usually with proof of name/address) at no cost and access many resources for free; check the Libraries Connected site to find your local library service and what it offers.
