Libby — free e‑books and audiobooks via your public library

Libby (by OverDrive) lets UK public library members borrow e‑books and audiobooks for free using a library card — there is no subscription charge, but you need an active library account from a participating library. Install the Libby app or use the website, sign in with your library card details, browse available titles and borrow to read or listen on your device; borrowing periods and availability are managed by your library and items are returned automatically at the end of the loan.
