Free weekly community runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5km runs every Saturday morning and junior parkruns for children in many UK parks; the events are free to join for all ages and abilities (registration required). Runners and walkers create a free account, print a personal barcode and turn up at a local parkrun to take part; events are run by volunteers and provide inclusive, non‑competitive participation and a results system online.
