Free weekly community running events and volunteering with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5k runs and shorter junior events every week at parks and community venues across the UK; events are open to anyone and there is no charge to take part. You register once on the parkrun website to get a barcode, then turn up and run, jog or walk; volunteering roles are also free and open to all. parkrun aims to be inclusive and community-focused for people of all ages and abilities.
