Free weekly community 5k runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5k runs and junior events every weekend at parks and open spaces across the UK; events are open to everyone regardless of age or ability and there is no entry fee. Participants register once online for free, print or save a personal barcode and then simply turn up for any local parkrun — volunteers help to time and manage events.
