Free weekly community 5K runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed, weekly 5K (and junior) community runs in parks across the UK — open to everyone, of all abilities, free of charge. To take part you register once on the parkrun website, bring the printed barcode provided at registration to each event, and volunteers help with timing and course marshaling; events are free and delivered by local volunteer teams.
