Free weekly community 5K runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5km and junior events on Saturday mornings in parks and open spaces across the UK, open to people of all ages and fitness levels. Participation is free and registration is required once on the parkrun website to get a personal barcode for timing; volunteers also run events, and everyone is welcome to walk, jog, run or volunteer.
