Free weekly community 5K runs with parkrun

parkrun runs free, timed community events (typically 5 km) every Saturday morning across parks and open spaces in the UK; junior events for children are held separately on other days. Anyone can register once online for free, print or download a personal barcode, and take part regularly or occasionally; volunteers also help deliver events. parkrun is free to join and attend, encourages participation regardless of fitness level, and provides a friendly, inclusive environment for families and individuals.
