Free weekly community 5k events with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5km and junior events led by volunteers across hundreds of UK parks and open spaces every weekend; anyone can take part regardless of ability, and registration is free. Participants create one online profile, print a barcode and then attend local events to take part at no charge — results and event histories are published online. parkrun is open to all ages (with junior events for younger children) and promotes community fitness, volunteering and inclusivity.
