Free weekly community 5k events from parkrun

parkrun organises free, weekly, timed 5km events in parks and open spaces across the UK, open to all ages and abilities; children may take part with appropriate supervision. To join you register once on the parkrun website to get a personal barcode, then turn up at any local parkrun on event day and complete the run at no cost; volunteers also help run events and no prior fitness level is required. Results and run histories are available online for registered participants.
