Free weekly community 5k and junior events with parkrun

parkrun runs free, volunteer-led weekly 5k events and junior runs across hundreds of UK parks and green spaces, open to all abilities and ages (juniors have specific shorter events). Participation is free — you register once online to get a barcode, then turn up and take part; events are run by local volunteers and are inclusive of walkers, joggers and runners, with no entry fee or performance requirement.
