Free weekly 5k runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5k and junior events every weekend across hundreds of UK parks and open spaces; events are free for all participants of any age or ability. You register once on the parkrun website to get a barcode, then turn up on the morning of a local event to take part; volunteers run and support each session. parkrun promotes community fitness and is free to join and participate in regularly.
