Free weekly 5K community runs with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed weekly 5K runs and events across parks and open spaces throughout the UK — they are open to everyone, regardless of age or ability, and are led by volunteers. Registration is free: create an online account, print a barcode and turn up to any local parkrun on the scheduled day; there’s no charge to participate and results are recorded online.
