Free weekly 5k and junior events with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed 5k runs every Saturday morning at parks and open spaces across the UK, plus free junior events for children; participation is free for everyone and volunteers keep events running. You register once online for a free barcode, turn up at any parkrun event and your run is logged and results published on the parkrun site. It’s open to people of all ages and abilities, with no entry fee — just register and join a local parkrun.
