Free UK parkrun events – weekly community 5k runs

parkrun organises free, timed 5km runs every Saturday (and junior 2km events on certain days) at hundreds of local parks and venues across the UK. The events are free to take part in for all ages and abilities though you must register once on the parkrun website to receive a personal barcode for official timings. Events are volunteer-led, safe and open to everyone; find your nearest run, register and download your barcode from the parkrun homepage.
