Citizens Advice offers free, confidential and independent advice on problems including benefits, debt, housing, employment and consumer rights. It is available to anyone in England and Wales (separate but similar services exist in Scotland and Northern Ireland) via the website, local bureaux, telephone and webchat; advisers can also help with form-filling, referrals and court paperwork. Access is free and open to individuals, families and carers — no payment or subscription is required.
