Free impartial information and help arranging smart meters via Smart Energy GB

Smart Energy GB provides free information and guidance for UK households about smart meters: what they are, how they work and how to arrange a free smart meter installation through your energy supplier. The organisation’s website explains eligibility, the benefits and the steps to take, and signposts how to contact your supplier to book installation at no direct cost to the household. The guidance is freely available to all UK residents.
