Free community 5k runs and junior events via parkrun

parkrun organises free, weekly timed 5k runs and junior events in parks across the UK that are open to all abilities; participation is free of charge and inclusive. Runners register once on the parkrun website to get a personal barcode, then attend any event and present that barcode to record their time; events are volunteer‑led and run in local parks and open spaces. Sign up and find local events using the parkrun homepage.
