Free community 5k events from parkrun

parkrun organises free, weekly, timed 5 km runs and free junior events across parks and open spaces in the UK that are open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities. Participation is free but requires a one‑time online registration to obtain a printed barcode that you bring to events for a time to be recorded; volunteers and local event pages are listed on the parkrun site.
