Free community 5k and junior events with parkrun

parkrun organises free, timed, weekly community 5km runs and junior events in parks across the UK; events are open to everyone regardless of fitness level and are run by volunteers. UK residents sign up once on the parkrun website to receive a barcode, then turn up to any registered parkrun to take part at no charge. parkrun also provides a friendly way for families to be active together and for participants to track their personal run history online.
