Free advice and support from Citizens Advice

Citizens Advice provides free, confidential, independent advice on benefits, housing, debt, employment, consumer problems and more to people across the UK. Services are available online, by phone and through local Citizens Advice bureaux; anyone living in the UK can use the online information and self‑help tools, and you can contact your local office for one‑to‑one help. The charity also supports people to make complaints, apply for benefits and find local support services.
