Childline, run by the NSPCC, offers free, confidential listening and counselling services for anyone aged up to 19 in the UK. Services include 1‑2‑1 web chat, phone support and self‑help resources for issues such as bullying, abuse, family problems or mental health; no referral is required. Children and young people can call the free helpline or start a web chat via the Childline website any time, and information for parents/carers is also provided online.
