FutureLearn allows learners to access (audit) hundreds of short and university-level courses for free by creating an account and enrolling in the audit option, which gives access to most course content during the course run. Free access typically includes videos, articles and discussion participation; assessments and certificates usually require payment or an upgrade. It’s open to anyone worldwide, including UK residents, and is run in partnership with UK universities and cultural institutions.
