FutureLearn hosts short online courses from UK universities and cultural partners which can be accessed for free in ‘audit’ mode (you get course content and sometimes discussion access without purchasing a certificate). UK residents can sign up at no charge to study a wide range of subjects; optional paid upgrades add certificates or extended access.
