We are thrilled to announce that CurveBlock V2 is now live.
We have rebuilt the platform from the ground up and started to migrate away from curveblock.io to the curveblock.uk domain. Everything you see from the dashboard to the community feed to the way you invest has been redesigned with one goal in mind: making fractional real estate investment as straightforward and accessible as possible.
So what has changed?
The BIG change is the integration of AI. Each page has an AI sat waiting to answer any questions you might have. It's also now running Knowledge Hacks, which offers official public and government data on various markets, from mortgages, energy bills, savings, benefits, tx, consumer rights, etc.
Another big change is the experience. The new platform is faster, cleaner, and works properly on your phone. Whether you are checking your portfolio on the train or browsing news updates over a cup of tea, everything should feel smooth and responsive.
There is also an earn commission section for simply speaking to people. We will cover this in more detail over the coming days/weeks.
We have also introduced a community section where investors can connect, share thoughts, and keep up with what is happening in the CurveBlock world. Think of it as a place to meet like-minded people who care about property, sustainability, and building wealth together.
Your investor badge is now live, too. Based on the number of digital shares you hold, you will earn a gem tier — from Quartz all the way up to Diamond. It is a small thing, but we think it adds a bit of fun and recognition for those who are building their portfolios.
For our existing V1 investors, your accounts and holdings have been migrated across. If you have not already, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your new password and log in.
The minimum investment remains just £10. Our mission has not changed: to open up real estate investment to everyone, not just those with deep pockets.
