Who is behind CurveBlock
In short: CurveBlock Ltd is a UK company, founded and led by Gary Woodhead as Founder and CEO. It is headquartered in Leeds, registered in England and Wales, and has been approved for Gate 1 of the Bank of England and FCA Digital Securities Sandbox.
A note from the founder
I started CurveBlock because the wealth creation that comes from owning a slice of a real building or a real piece of infrastructure has been locked behind closed doors for far too long. If you did not have the right capital, the right introductions and the right postcode, the door simply did not open.
CurveBlock is the platform I wish my own family had access to twenty years ago: a regulated UK fund, digital shares from £10, equal profit sharing for every investor regardless of size, and a focus on energy positive construction and renewable infrastructure that produces durable returns rather than speculative ones.
We build it in the open, supervised by the Bank of England and the FCA inside the Digital Securities Sandbox. We tell people exactly where the regulatory line sits, and where it does not. That honesty is the brand.
